 | marcus was born in 1958 and grew up in a family of artists. His father started as a gold- silversmith and sculptor where his mother was also a gold- silversmith and his sister a famous sculpture artist. For 25 years now he is active as a designer. Started with custom made corporate gifts and corporate design.
His style/work shifted mid-nineties to digital Art Forms. Throughout his career, marcus experimented with various techniques and media and now he has extensive knowledge of a variety of media including print, film, commercials, business presentations and photography.
Colours have always featured in his work. His art-works are full of visual contrasts – vibrant colours, feeling of movement and stillness, which makes his work progressive and dynamic.
In 2009 - 2010 he attended several exhibitions in the Netherlands and at Galerie Le Coup de Main d’Or in France. |
