After having been a French chartered architect, Michel Setboun began to work as a photographer in 1978. He travelled all around the world for the leading agencies and covered the key conflicts of that time. After becoming a freelance photographer, he continued to scour the planet for subjects. His work is published in the leading international magazines and have led to numerous books, including Iran l’eclatement (“Iran, the explosion”), Mongolie rêve d’infini (“Mongolia, a dream of the infinite”), Paris vu des clochers (“Belltowers of Paris”), New York Vertigo, and Venise (“Bellissima Venice”)to be published in 2008. |
