 | | Lynda Faÿs was born in Touraine in 1974. Passionate about art, she has been painting since the age of 8. After training as a painter at the School of Art, she set up her studio in southern France, in Saint Vallier de Thiey, a charming village near Grasse. Always on the lookout for new trends in decoration, she takes her inspiration from her travels and works on themes such as “Nature” and “Ethnic”. She has taken part in the “Maison et Objet” show since 2001 and specialises in works for children, in which she has been very successful. Her paintings add a real freshness to the world of children, using soft and vivid colours that bring great pleasure to babies and youngsters. The birth of her son in 2006 gave a new boost to her ability to create images for boys and girls. Always on the lookout for new creations and innovative methods, Lynda Faÿs is represented worldwide. |
